JPs Surf Camp is offered
through the City of San Clemente, California. To
download the necessary registration forms

When prompted, simply save the document to your computer
and fill out the required information.
The methods of payment that are currently
being accepted are:
1. Check (Made payable to City of San Clemente)
2. Credit Card (Visa or
MasterCard Only)
Note: The City does not
accept debit or check cards as a method of
payment.
Once you have completed the forms, please
follow one of the four easy methods to submit your forms
to the City of San Clemente:
Mail: Starting March 22nd, 2010 Mail your completed registration form and
payment to:
City of San Clemente Recreation Division
100 N. Calle Seville
San Clemente, CA 92672
Fax: Starting March 22nd, 2010 You may fax your completed
registration form along with your Visa or Master Card
information to: (949) 361-8280. Monday Thursday and
alternating Fridays from 10:00am 3:00pm.
Walk-In: Starting March 22nd, 2010
Location: 100 N. Calle Seville,
San Clemente, CA 92673.
Drop Off: Starting March 22nd, 2010 Please place your completed
registration form and payment in a sealed envelope and
place it in the 24 hour drop off box located at the
Community Center outside the office area:

Online: Begins Monday, March 22nd, 2010 You can register online by
Clicking Here! *10% discount not offered through
the on-line registration.
Hours of Operation: Monday
Thursday: 7:30am 5:30pm and every other Friday: 8:00am
5:00pm. If you are registering on a Friday, please
contact the Recreation Division offices at (949)
361-8264 to confirm that they are open.
