JP’s Surf Camp is offered through the City of San Clemente, California. To download the necessary registration forms Click Here. When prompted, simply save the document to your computer and fill out the required information.

The methods of payment that are currently being accepted are:

1. Check (Made payable to City of San Clemente)

2. Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard Only)

Note: The City does not accept debit or check cards as a method of payment.

Once you have completed the forms, please follow one of the four easy methods to submit your forms to the City of San Clemente:

Mail your completed registration form and payment to:

Fax: Starting March 22nd, 2010
You may fax your completed registration form along with your Visa or Master Card information to: (949) 361-8280. Monday – Thursday and alternating Fridays from 10:00am – 3:00pm.

Please place your completed registration form and payment in a sealed envelope and place it in the 24 hour drop off box located at the Community Center outside the office area:

Hours of Operation: Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 5:30pm and every other Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm. If you are registering on a Friday, please contact the Recreation Division offices at (949) 361-8264 to confirm that they are open.
